4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Account Suspension & Closure

8.2 Effect of Account Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by f33b — any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method, provided that: (a) the Player has satisfied KYC requirements; (b) the closure is not a result of proven fraud, Terms breach, or bonus abuse; and (c) the balance is above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000. Bonus balances and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been fully met.
8.3 Player-Initiated Closure
